The Role Of Confidence In Men
It is also the key to getting a woman interested in a conversation.
However, what is really the role of confidence in men? Is it solely for attracting and dating girls? Does it have an effect on their self-image? These some the questions that have be answered in order to fully understand that role of self-confidence in men.
During the early years especially during high school boys who are constantly bullied are those who are not physically fit or those members of the geek club.
These boys usually do not have a lot of self-confidence and hide behind their books.
Whenever a bully approaches them all they do is duck their heads and when possible, run away.
They hardly have enough confidence to stand up to the bully and tell him to stop what he is doing.
With this level of self-confidence, they are often too shy to ask a girl out especially during homecoming and proms.
It is not surprising to see them walking without a date during these events.
Nevertheless, this does not mean that these boys will grow up to be the same.
Well, not all of them though.
Some of these boys will grow up to be confident men.
A striking opposite to what they used to be.
How do they gain confidence? It usually starts with their physical appearance.
They hit the gym and build some muscle mass.
By looking good physically, they no longer have to fear being bullied or being rejected by hot women.
This thought will then boost their confidence and improves their self-image.
Confidence then eliminates the fear of being rejected.
Without confidence, these men will rely heavily on alcohol to give them a temporary boost in their confidence.
However, confidence does not build up overnight.
You and the rest of the male species will have to work for it.
You may have to undergo several rejections, but you have to keep in mind that this will help you become more confident as long as you view it in a positive manner.
