How to Evict Your Sims

1). Click the small circular button with three dots on the left-hand corner of your screen. This will bring up a menu.
2). Select "Edit Town" from the menu.
3). Move your cursor over the house you want to evict your Sims from.
4). Click on the house. A blue box will appear on your screen listing the house's information and occupants.
5). Press the button on the lower left-hand section of the housing information box that shows three Sims and an up arrow. A small "Confirm Household Eviction" screen will appear.
6). Select "Move Out" to evict your Sims completely, making them leave behind their home and belongings.
7). Choose "Move Out With House" to evict your Sims, but allow them to take their belongings and a copy of their house. Pick "Cancel" to abort your eviction.
