Temporary Relief for Female Yeast Infection
A yeast infection is one of the most common problems that the population has to face; in fact both men and women get it. A female yeast infection leave us red, sore, swollen, itchy and irritated. No matter what you do, they just seem to keep on coming back! Don't worry; I am going to share with you some of the best tricks I have used to temporarily get rid of your yeast infection.
Here is My First Suggestion:
My first trick is to buy unsweetened live-culture yogurt and apply it directly on to the region. This will get a messy, so what you can do is dip a clean tampon into some yogurt and insert it in. Or smear a clean tampon with yogurt, put it into a plastic bag and the freezer to make a yogurt-popsicle to place into your vagina. I suggest doing this while you are lying down for a long period of time, such as before bed.
Here is My Second Suggestion:
The second trick is putting a clove of garlic into your vagina right before bed. You must push it in so it won't fall out. The powerful anti-fungal qualities of the garlic clove will help alleviate your yeast infection symptoms. Be careful to peel off the skin only and do not knick the garlic itself or else it will sting the wall of your vagina. Wake-up, remove the garlic and throw it away. Tie a string around the garlic if you feel you won't be able to remove it with your fingers. Discharge will accompany this method.
Here is My Last Suggestion:
My last and favorite method for temporary yeast infection relief is taking a cup to 2 cups of apple cider vinegar, pouring it into a warm bath and soaking for 30 minutes.
Also it is important to note that a yeast infection can be transferred through exposure. So if you have a "Yeast Infection" and you are exposing your partner, whether through direct sexual contact or even sharing a towel, stop! Both of you are most likely infected and both of you now need to be treated. Feel better!
