Abortion, always a controversial issue under any circumstances.

In these circumstances only the violation is accepted throughout the country, while the accidental abortion is accepted only in 29 of the 32 states.
Only one of all states is abortion legal where justified by economic reasons.
Only in the capital of the country is permitted abortion in case of women's own decision.
Of the 32 entities that make the Mexican Republic, only one fully decriminalized abortion.
In Mexico City, abortion is legal only when performed before 12 weeks gestation.
In a highly religious country with a largely Catholic population, it is no surprise that abortion under any terms is neglected.
There are even groups who disapprove of abortion in cases of rape.
The issue of abortion in Mexico, but a legal issue, is affected by the idiosyncrasies of this country.
While it is legal in the country's capital, many women practice abortion as strictly confidential for fear of rejection that society might have.
People care more for the sin of abortion than for medical or legal terms.
