How to Make Hat Head Bands

1). Cut two slits on each side of the doll's hat through which the head band can slide.
2). Glue on sequins and ribbons anywhere you like on the doll's hat and let them dry overnight.
3). Cut a piece of stiff netting and arrange it around the crown of the doll's hat. Glue it into place on the crown. Glue feathers through the netting to the crown of the hat and let it dry overnight.
4). Slide the head band through the slits on either side of the doll's hat brim.
5). Place the hat head band in your hair, and slide the hat up or down the head band, arranging it to your liking.
