How to Tighten Your Face Muscles
- 1). Execute two sets of the chin press daily to tighten and tone the muscles of your neck, chin and cheeks. To perform the chin press, sit in a chair and place your hand under your chin, palm facing the ground. Press your hand up against your chin, providing resistance for the exercise. While maintaining pressure with your hand, slowly press approximately three inches down with your chin and hold for one second. Slowly release your chin back to starting position and repeat. Continue to repeat this exercise for 60 seconds to complete one set.
- 2). Perform two sets of cheek exercises daily to strengthen your cheeks and brow line. To perform a cheek exercise, sit comfortably in a chair and flex your cheek muscles to purse your lips. Raise your eyebrows and stick out your tongue in attempt to touch the tip of your nose. Hold this position for one second before releasing back to a relaxed facial position and repeating. Continue to repeat for 60 seconds to complete one set of cheek exercises.
- 3). Perform two sets of brow raises daily to tighten the muscles surrounding your eyes and brow line. To perform the brow raise, sit comfortably in a chair and close your eyes. Raise your eyebrows up as far as you can while keeping your eyes closed and hold for one second. Release and furrow your brow, bringing your eyebrows as low as possible and hold for one second before repeating. Continue this repetition for 60 seconds to complete one set of the brow raise.
