The only real drawback would be the smell and this isn't as bad as the symptoms it would ease, so go ahead and use it.
Eating garlic is also advised to rid the intestinal tract of any yeast infection Honey is a treatment that doesn't have the drawback of the garlic smell.
However, the smell may not be as strong as garlic but the stickiness of honey would be quite uncomfortable.
Honey is another cure that has seen many people comment on positively throughout the internet.
You apply honey and leave it for about 30 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Vinegar is a product that has been used for many years for its anti bacterial and anti fungal properties.
Vinegar by itself would be too string for the skin so the best method is to dilute it down with some warm water.
An easier method may be to add a couple of tablespoons into your bathwater and soak yourself for at least twenty minutes in it.
Do not use normal vinegar or white vinegar always use Cider Vinegar.
