Exterminators are the best when it comes to eradicating pests, especially termites, in your home.
While using the best treatments to kill these pests, treatments are specially customized to fit your home and ensure that no pests are left alive.
Exterminators use different types of methods as a way to rid your home of any pest, such as termites, which are notorious for causing tremendous damage to the homestead.
By using the termidor it guarantees one hundred percent results whereby as soon as it comes into contact with the termite it kills them.
It not only kills the termite but ensures the total protection of your home for the remaining days to come if ever there was going to be a another invasion.
The other way that the exterminators are able to fight off any pest problems that may have infested your home is by placing locators that sense termites all around the house and even outside the homestead.
This technique enables the exterminators to detect where the creatures are mostly concentrated which is usually their colony.
Once this is done, the experts place a substance that is able to kill off most of the worker termites from the population.
By doing so the natural supply of food to the colony is eliminated and thus the population of the termites is eradicated.
Another technique that the exterminators may use is to dig a shallow trench around the homestead about four to six inches deep.
After that, the termidor is placed into the trench; usually they would use four gallons per ten linear feet.
For homes with cemented floors, normally the cement is drilled so that the termidor is fed into the soil and afterward the holes are cemented again after being swept clean.
When exterminators are faced with an indoor infestation, a termidor foam is mixed and injected into tiny areas that are hard to reach such as slab openings.
The good thing about the termidor foam is that it can be absorbed by the wood without necessarily damaging the wood but at the same time offering the wood protection against termites.
In some cases the exterminators may be required to drill holes into the slab foundation so as to inject the termidor foam inside.
But don't worry about the holes making your home look ugly, as all holes made are later covered completely.
When the exterminator concludes that all the termites have completely been killed, it is usually recommended that after every four months the exterminators come back to inspect your home so as to ensure that it is safe from any pest or that none of the pests have returned.
