4). Prop up the clothesline with one or two forked poles, placed between the clothing while it is drying. These can be made from branches or purchased at a hardware store.
5). Purchase a clothesline kit at a hardware store, which includes pulleys and tighteners that allow you to pull the cord up and avoid sagging while clothes dry.
