- 1). Open the computer's Web browser and navigate to the YouTube page for the video whose audio you want to download. Highlight the YouTube video's URL, right-click on the highlighted URL and click "Copy" from the context menu that appears.
- 2). Open a new Web browser window and navigate to a website that allows you to download the audio from YouTube videos. ListenToYouTube, VidToMP3 and Get Audio From Video.com are a few of the websites that provide this service.
- 3). Right-click on the URL entry field and click "Paste" from the context menu. Click the "Download" button to download the YouTube video's audio track onto the computer's hard drive.
- 4). Double-click the iTunes application icon to launch the application. Click the "File" tab and select the "Add to Library" option from the "File" menu.
- 5). Locate the audio file you downloaded in Step 3, highlight it and click the "Choose" button to add the audio file to your iTunes library. The YouTube audio file can now be played in iTunes like a normal song file.
