      Bremerton is located west of Seattle on the Kitsap Peninsula and is accessible by ferry or by driving south and then northwest around Puget Sound.       The Oyster Bay Restaurant is located inside the Oyster Bay Inn and overlooks Bremerton's Oyster Bay. The lunch and dinner menus feature fresh local seafood, steaks and other entrees. Seafood appetizers include raw Pacific Northwest oysters, shrimp cocktails, sea scallops, oysters Rockefeller and oyster stew. Choices for a build your own appetizer platter include clam strips, breaded snapper and fried prawns. Shrimp Louie is a seafood salad option and shellfish entrees include crab cakes, crab-stuffed prawns and broiled lobster tail. Rounding out the seafood selections are salmon, halibut, sole and red snapper. For lunch, choose from 16 sandwiches and entrees, including fish and chips and poached salmon with Hollandaise sauce. The Oyster Bay Inn and Restaurant is located near Highway 3 in west Bremerton.

    Boat Shed Restaurant & Bar

      Open since 1979, the Boat Shed offers waterfront dining and a floating dock where boaters can park during their meal. The restaurant is under the Manette Bridge just across the bay from Bremerton. Seafood starters include Penn Cove mussels, Manila clams and crab cakes and 11 salad varieties are offered such as coconut prawn spinach and raspberry chicken. Specialty plates feature three cuts of steak, chicken, pork, pasta and seafood such as king salmon, Alaskan halibut, prawns, oysters, fish tacos and crab cakes. Specialty sandwiches and burgers complete the Boat Shed's menu and a full wine list is available.

      One of several waterfront restaurants in Washington, Anthony's is located in a newer development known as Harborside, overlooking Sinclair Inlet. Views of the Bremerton-Seattle ferry, passing navy ships and the marina are seen from the restaurant, especially in warmer weather when outside dining is available. Diners traveling by boat receive free moorage during their meal and those traveling by car receive free parking. Anthony's serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch with an emphasis on seafood dishes. Appetizers include fresh mussels, pan-fried oysters and calamari and casual dinners include mahi mahi tacos and true cod and chips. Entrees include seafood salad, prawns, scallops, crab and lobster and local Northwest steaks are also served. Anthony's at Sinclair Inlet borders the navy base and is near the Puget Sound Navy Museum and the Bremerton Ferry Terminal.
