Releasing PTSD Bonds Brings Growth And Knowing Our Source In God
First, to know it, certain emotions have to be released like anger, fear and regret.
It is almost like clearing the dinner table before serving dessert and coffee.
We have to get rid of the clutter of our minds to prepare for healing, you see.
This outgrown skin of emotions goes beyond ridding of negative thoughts, too.
We need to contemplate on what else in our lives is making us blue.
I did not say that it was an easy task to undergo in releasing at all.
What is being shared is that it is necessary to let go to answer the soul's call.
It is human nature to hold onto things or thoughts that are familiar from the past.
What is required for spiritual growth to come is trusting this is the way at last! After all, there is just so much room for our thoughts in our mind.
They, too, become over-filled with memories of trauma that is unkind.
What gives such thinking power over us is the vivid emotion that lives.
Deciding not to think about it will loosen life's sorrow that finally gives.
Years of neglected drifting negative thoughts are like gears that stick.
They are so wound up in our minds like dark bands glued with ick.
What happens, is that our flow to being part of the universe's vortex stops.
Concrete thinking does not give way to spirituality and only causes blocks.
If we continue to build us logs of hurts in our mind, we become damned.
There is no room for anything else but more debris to be rammed.
All our wishes for good fortune and health just remain on an empty shelf.
A tool to loosen such a stagnant hold is to promote growth to our higher self.
Another secret to freedom of circumstances is to think up new ones you see.
It is what we constantly configure each moment that determines who we will be.
Thus, creating a new thought pattern is a spiritual strategy to follow.
This may be more than some of us are able to swallow.
It takes greater power than what our mind has set limitations to.
What gets the flow of abundance and health restored from being so blue? Try using the gift of laughter to overcome being glum each day.
Always remember to give thanks to Source (our God) for blessings sent our way!
