Everyone now a day seems to be so worried about how big or expensive their golf driver or equipment is.
If your hands are not used properly in the golf swing the price or quality of the golf clubs aren't really going to matter.
They become irrelevant if your hands are out of position or control.
The top of your left hand (right hand golfer) and knuckles should be looking at the sky.
This in turn forces the right hand wrist to be bent back which in turn brings the right elbow into your right side.
Now if you grab a golf club of your choice right now and slowly take a swing to the top and stop, you'll see what I mean.
As you start your down swing with your hip move first they (your hands) must stay in position.
The hips clear out and those hands come through for a nice straight golf shot.
Also those hands in that position allowed you to keep the golf club head square to the golf ball and hit the sweet spot of the golf club head.
This in return gives your golf ball a much greater chance for optimum distance and accuracy.
Golfing becomes much more fun when you are able to hit the golf ball straight down the fairway.
Obviously there are many other aspects of the golf swing that are important, but you can readily see what your hands mean to the game of golf.
Now, as you golf you might think a little more about those nice golf clubs and golf balls and that beautiful golf course you pass on the way to work each day.
