How to Make Bar Sugar
- 1). Add the sugar to the bottom of a food processor and seal. Measure out an extra 1/4 cup to 1/3 of a cup than you need to account for loss from processing the sugar.
- 2). Pulse for one to two minutes, or until the sugar reaches desired consistency. Pulse longer for greater amounts.
- 3). Wait for the sugar to settle before opening and retrieving your bar sugar.
