Not to mention how soaking through your sock isn't the most pleasant experience, especially not in a workplace environment.
Sweating of the feet is only one place where excessive sweating often occurs.
Excessive sweating will also occur under the armpits, on the back, legs, hands, and face.
If all you have to worry about is excessive foot sweating you have a leg up on a lot of people.
The best ways to deal with excessive foot sweating is to have a way to dry out your feet.
I suggest a dry towel and baby powder.
Make your way to the bathroom whenever you are sweating too much, and dry off your feet.
The powder will soak up moisture as well.
Oftentimes excessive sweating of the foot isn't caused by temperature or exercise, but these factors do make it worse.
If your feet are sweating for no reason, you might need to contact your doctor.
Putting antiperspirant on your feet will work as well.
Don't lose hope, a lot of people have it a lot worse off.
A serious issue for those who deal with excessive sweating is being embarrassed about it, don't be.
This is nothing to be embarrassed about.
You have a condition and you make do as best you can, it will get better.
Don't let foot sweating keep you from living your life the way you want to.
Don't use it sweating as an excuse not to accomplish your goals!
