Accommodations

• Two campgrounds, Pitchford's By the Sea RV Park and Holiday Out & Venture III, are three minutes from Hutchinson Island. Pitchford's has more than 100 RV and tent sites and Holiday Out has 50 RV spaces for rent, some of which are ocean-front sites. Port St. Lucie RV Resort, about 13 minutes from Hutchinson Island, offers 117 RV spaces. All campgrounds offer full hookups.
  
  

Activities

• Activities in Holiday Out include swimming in the pool, fishing, boating and laying tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, horseshoes and volleyball. In Port St. Lucie you can swim in the heated pool, participate in planned activities and play pool horseshoes, petanque, bocce ball or beanbag.
  
  

Facilities

• Pitchford's has a laundry room and Holiday Out has a marina, two large clubhouses, a recreation room and a boat ramp and boat dock. Port St. Lucie has a clubhouse, laundry room and ice sales. All of the campgrounds have restrooms and showers.
  
  

Area Attractions

• All the parks are within minutes from Jensen Beach, which has boating, swimming, beachcombing and dining in different restaurants. Savannas Preserve State Park is only 20 minutes from Hutchinson Island and offers canoeing, biking, fishing, nature trails and horse trails.
