Food Can Clear Your Acne Fast

There are many ways to try and clear acne, but only a few that make much difference.
From experience I have found the best way to clear acne, and stay acne-free - without hardships or expense...
For many years I tried cleansers and other expensive acne treatments without any observable reduction in my acne.
I even tried fasting, which although did clear my skin, only did so for a few days, and then my acne would always come back...
This was a frustrating experience, but I continued to look around for something that worked, and eventually started to notice information about the food-acne link.
So I read up on it, and started to make some changes to my diet...
What I found was that the worst food for causing acne is vegetable oil.
It causes hormonal imbalance that results in breakouts of the worst kind - cystic, painful and taking weeks to disappear.
When I stopped eating vegetable oil my cystic acne cleared up and I no longer suffered from painful breakouts anymore.
Vegetable oil is easy to avoid, and is mostly consumed by using cooking oils like sunflower oil.
So I stopped using vegetable oils as cooking oils and made sure to check food ingredients for vegetable oils before buying and eating them.
I still needed to make a few more simple changes to my diet to completely clear my skin, but avoiding vegetable oil was the most important.
