Animator Education Will Teach You Many Different Things

Many graduates will want to be an art directory right out of college.
Unfortunately you will have to start at the entry level of a company and work your way up.
You should look into working for advertising, design, motion picture firms or even publishing companies when you are first starting out.
If you want to be a medical illustrator then the schooling will be more intense.
Before you can draw about organs you will have to know details about all living organisms.
It will also be required you know about any medical or surgical procedures that will be performed.
For this field you are going to need a bachelor's degree plus it is required you take some premedical courses.
You can get a master's degree in this field of work but, there are only four schools this can be obtained from across the United States.
When you are going through college remember to start building your portfolio.
Take snap shots and print outs of everything you do and put it in your folder.
This will all be used when you are ready to start submitting your application to various companies.
After looking at your application they are going to ask to look at your portfolio so they can see what kind of experience you have.
This will show the company exactly how good you are in this field of work.
No matter which field you decide to go into it will be required you have an animator education.
This could be a simple two year associate's degree to get things started.
If you decide this is your passion and you want to go far in this career then be prepared to get a four year bachelor's degree.
For most firms this is all you will need to start your career.
A master's degree can be obtained, but is not required unless you want to be a medical illustrator.
