- You can earn a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) degree from a large number of professional art schools. You can also earn a BA (Bachelor of Arts) degree with a concentration in Graphic Design from several universities. To apply for those programs, you often will need to submit a portfolio with examples of your best work.
