    • 1). Decorate the baby's personal table by cutting tulle to fit around the highchair's tray. Secure it in place with double sided tape and hide the tape by wrapping a wide ribbon around it.

    • 2). Wrap tulle around the main table to create a skirt. Secure it with double sided tape. Layer the skirt over the main tablecloth. Use tulle and a tablecloth in complementing colors, such as pink and white. Trim the skirt with ribbon.

    • 3). Gather two wide lengths of tulle together in complementary colors. Create waves of tulle along the edge of the table by gathering the tulle together with ribbon every 2 or 3 feet and securing it to the table. Allow the tulle to drape slightly between each ribbon. Work your way around until tulle accents the entire table.

    • 4). Layer tulle over a plain tablecloth to create a soft, flowing feel. Use several layers of tulle in different colors, such as white, soft pink and bold pink. Place the tulle in sections along the table or in varying lengths so each layer is visible. Use one strip of tulle down the center of the table like a runner.

    • 5). Wrap a strip of tulle around the back of each chair and tie it in place with a bow.
