The problem of hair loss affects a lot of people.
Everyone wants to know why and the reasons are many.
There is no one reason that can be applied to any one person.
There are clues that can lead to a primary source of the problem and that's about the best that the medical profession can do right now.
Knowing these clues and understanding ourselves better will lead to a hair growth treatment program that will allow people to grow back their hair.
But first these clues have to be followed and an intensive background check on the person has to be done.
Starting from the hair loss itself is a good starting point.
If hair loss that is happening is sudden then that leads to something that has changed within that person recently.
That change can be in the form of disease, medicinal issues, diet or even childbirth.
If hair loss is gradual then that avenue may be hereditary.
An intensive genealogical background check is a good idea to check on if this is the case.
Diseases within the body can cause hair loss with devastating effects.
Diseases such as lupus and diabetes can be prime culprits in the loss of hair.
Overuse of chemicals to be used on the hair can also cause a problem with hair loss.
In general, anything done to the excessive side of things can lead to things not originally expected.
So what can be attributed to the cause of hair loss? The best answer to that question depends on your lifestyle and how you take care of yourself.
Let's talk about one aspect about life that everyone seems to be on.
Exercise is good for everyone and some people take it a step further and incorporate a diet plan along with that.
Well that diet plan may work in the dropping of pounds but it may be detrimental in other ways.
You guessed it.
The loss of hair may be attributed to the diet because the diet plan being followed may lack enough nutrition needed to sustain a healthy scalp.
This can be an unintended consequence in the quest for weight loss.
But the fact remains that this avenue must be checked out if there isn't enough nutrition being provided for your scalp to regrow hair.
A diet rich in protein is needed to supply the scalp to insure that your body is receiving all the nutrients that it needs.
