What to Do When You Find Yourself in a Fixed State of Mind
If you're the type of person who is hard on yourself, eventually you will find yourself caught up in a fixed mindset that can lead to problems.
Every day you find yourself in this entrapment and, because of this, you will never be at peace with yourself, and the reason is, you're always finding fault with who you are.
Once you have it in your mind that you are a nobody, especially when you compare yourself to a celebrity (which we all do sometimes) or to someone you know who is making a good living for themselves or doing something you always wanted to do, your self esteem is deeply affected by this which can and eventually will lead to depression and other heath problems like heart disease, mental illness, and bipolar.
So if you wake up in the morning and you find yourself in this situation, you need to step back and look at life a little differently.
You need to look in the mirror and say, "Okay, I am human and humans are not perfect.
We all have flaws," which is exactly true.
Nobody is perfect regardless of their life style or how much money they're making.
Chances are, if they're making too much money then they probably aren't really happy anyway.
The more they make the more things they buy, and this will cause a cycle of buying, buying, buying that just doesn't stop until they go bankrupt.
Keep this in mind if your problem is about the money another person is making.
After all, you really don't want to find yourself in that situation.
Remember, you need to love yourself for who you are and believe more in yourself.
If you want to change things in your life, you need to look in the mirror and say, "Okay, what can I do to improve my life today?" Concentrate on today, because once you you get your mind into focus all else will follow.
