Why some people always are optimistic but some others are always pessimistic? Whether we are happy depends on the different possessions we have or the psychological sense? According to a psychosocial research, our ability to sense the happiness, to some extent, determines our sense of happiness. Then, how to enhance the ability to sense the happiness? One may begin from the following five aspects.
First, the life should be well-organized. The research has shown that among all the factors influencing the sense of happiness, rigor plays the most important role. Rigor refers to the extent to which the sense of order can arrive at. One should be rational not only in the daily life but also in dealing with others as well as in doing one's work.

The mood tackling includes to evade, to blame oneself, to vent emotions, to fancy, to deny and to tolerate. The research has shown that the problem tackling will be much happier. These people can deal with problems with specific programs not the moods.
