Printout

• 1). Open Address Book and select the items you want to print. If you want print them all, press "Command" and "A" to select them all. You can print selected items by holding down the "Command" key while clicking on each.
  
  
• 2). Click "File" and then "Print" from Address Book's menu bar at the top of the screen.
  
  
• 3). Click "Print" in the printer interface window that pops up.
  
  

Electronic Copy

• 1). Open Address Book and select the items you want to copy. If you want copy them all, press "Command" and "A" to select them all. You can copy selected items by holding down the "Command" key while clicking on each.
  
  
• 2). Click "File" and then "Export" and "Export Group vCard" from Address Book's menu bar at the top of the screen.
  
  
• 3). Insert a name and select a location for the file you will create from the pop-up window that appears.
  
  
• 4). Click "Save" to create the copy.
