Guinness World Records Is Set To Hit The TV Screens On 18th March!
Colors Channel is all set to start its most happening show of all times! The channel is going to air the most adventuresome program, Guinness World Records - Ab India Todega from 18th of March. The show is going to make its debut on Indian television. Interestingly, the show will also be a debut for its host Preity Zinta, the dimpled Bollywood diva as she is landing on the small screen for the first time. And she is super excited about the show. "Just finished a record breaking press conference 4 Guinness World Records & I must say after a long time I had a BLAST with the media..." tweeted Zinta last week.
Why shouldn't Zinta be excited, not only it is her first presence on the small screen, also she is getting to participate is lots of wonderful and amazing activities. Recently she got to fly an aeroplane along with Capt Anil Thapar, while he was participating in the show to fulfill his endeavor of breaking the record of 'Most balloons released by aeroplane ribbon cut'. Zinta was the co-pilot and amazingly, she piloted the plane for quite long and was really happy to have it flown!
However, she was a bit nervous in the beginning and said a small prayer and also remembered her mother. It wasn't her first flying adventure, she had done some flying before also, but this was for a longer period and was really very smooth which was appreciated by Captain Thappar on their landing.
Colors Channel too is desperately waiting for the show to finally begin. To market the show they came up with a unique marketing campaign. It used the very concept of the show that it used in its marketing. Along with other marketing ideas and campaigns it recently came up with a unique record breaking venture named "Fasted Time to Mount a Flex Billboard" in Mumbai, in which a flex of 100X20 Ft had to be fixed in fastest possible time, and it took 20 minutes and 51 seconds by the participants to have the task done.
In its promotional ventures it also conducted a record breaking event named "Longest Parade of Rickshaws." In which 290 auto-rickshaws traveled a distance of 5km on Eastern Express Highway of Mumbai on March the 13.
The show will be hitting the TV sets of the eager audiences on 18th March via Colors Channel. The channel authorities as well as the host Preity Zinta are desperately waiting for the day!
