Here's the amazing part they can do all this without working around the clock, or even "showing up" to work.
As I'm sure you are already aware with the long and steady flood of Realtors into the market for years, has left a very inexperienced pool of people scraping to get by in a tough industry and a tough economy (even after many have dropped out).
