If you want to drive laser targeted traffic to your website free of cost, then learn all you possibly can about SEO article marketing. With practice, you will soon know how to do this the correct way, which will benefit you immensely from your posted articles.

Did you know that as well as writing for your blog readers, you can also write for the search engines, all in the one article.

SEO revolves around keywords. So, the first thing you need to do is compile a good list of keywords associated with the niche you are wanting to promote. A good place to start is to visit the Google External Keyword Tool and fing keywords with fairly high searches and little competition. This is another subject entirely, and I don't propose to expand on it here.

So, with your keywords list in hand, you then concentrate on writing good quality articles incorporating these keywords (or some of them).
Please ensure that your articles offer the reader good information and are well written. Check for spelling and grammar mistakes as mistakes will put the reader off somewhat.

When inserting keywords in your article you will need to avoid "keyword stuffing." In other words don't include keywords in every sentence/paragraph of your articles as article directories don't like this and may refuse to publish your articles. A rule of thumb is to use your desired keyword in your title, and in the first and maybe final paragraph. You could also include it maybe one more time in the body of your article, and then you should be fine.

Blogging these days is enormously popular. The reason being is that it is so simple and effective. If you provide well written articles in your blog, and to the article directories (pointing back to your blog or niche site), you will be seen as an expert in your chosen niche. This is because your articles are providing lots of useful information to your readers.

You need to keep in mind that when first starting out online, nobody will know who you are. You need to build trust and the way to do this is by providing your readers with accurate information and advice. Try to write 3 or 4 articles per week for your niche and you will find that you will soon have a band of faithful followers, eagerly awaiting your next post.

Now of course the best thing about using the proper keywords in your blog/articles is that the search engines will reward you with a good search engine ranking. If you have a good ranking then lots of organic traffic should follow.

Let's take a look at an example of this. If you are writing an article about "dog training" then incorporate the keyword "dog training" in your keyword optimised articles. So, when someone types in "dog training" in the search bar, your article just might show up first on the page which makes it very easy to find. Of course, you would need to use the right keyword with little competition to achieve this. But when you do, you will have free traffic.

When using these principles they apply equally to article submission and to your blog post. The keywords that you place within your article can have links activated on them, which when clicked will take the reader to either a landing or squeeze page, where you can capture their name and email to add to your list. This provides you with a great opportunity to add an autoresponder to your blog and capture the visitors email address so you can contact them again. A great service for this is Aweber.
This is very helpful as when you build a substantial list you can market products of interest to that list. The contacts will have come to trust you if you have been providing regular useful information to them via your articles.

If you use SEO article marketing it will really assist you in increasing your website traffic, and the best part is that you will have done it for free. Just remember that a few well placed keywords in your articles is all you need. More is not better in this case.
