As the time passes, you'll see a growth of your quickness and skill usage.
You'll have your own technique, setup and creation in order to slain monsters and bosses through dangerous and exciting dungeons really soon.
But for the starters, it might be useful to provide some basic strategies.
Get two good one-handed melee weapons of the same type that will be your first set of weapons.
These will be your main equipment.
Your second weapon should be a two-handed weapon that causes big damage first of all, and has a lot of stats.
The weapons must be in the same class.
Spend a lot of credits to the mastery of this type.
Your main attack for the two single-handed weapons should be frenzy.
Leap Attack can get you out of the way if you get surrounded.
The main attack should be "berserk" for the second weapons.
Carry a good shield with high defense and resistance.
Also carry a throwing weapon because some monsters need to be killed with ranged attacks (monsters those are fire enchanted, cold enchanted, aura enchanted (thorns or holy freeze), and lightning enchanted).
You should spend skill points for throwing mastery just in case.
Single handed weapon could be the Razor's Edge Tomahawk, and the Rune Master Ettin Axe (with a perfect skull, a perfect emerald, a thul rune, a perfect sapphire).
Ranged weapons are the Gimmershred Flying Axe (which is pretty good at harnd-to-hand too), and the Lacerator Winged Axe, the best two weapons in the game.
They get points from axe mastery and throwing mastery, because the weapons are in the axe class, but they are definitely throwing weapons.
Probably the best two-handed weapon is the Hellslayer Decapitator, but Frostwind Champion Axe with a perfect skull is highly recommended,also with two perfect emeralds, and a Um rune.
A runeword war axe, Breath of the Dying are also recommended and a rare Ward, which adds 54 to all resistances (after I put two perfect diamonds in it) and has a defense of 210, among other stats.
These are great weapons for the barbarian strategy.
A good sword is The Grandfather Colossus Blade (600+ max.
damage) and useful maces are The Cranium Basher Thunder Maul (600+ max.
damage) and the Earth Shifter Thunder Maul (700+ max.
damage), although it is actually a druid mace.
Another good shield is The Ward Gothic Shield, or a runeword ancient pledge in exceptional or elite shield.
