103 78
There are a vast range of multiple bets, all involving more than one selection.
Double Also known as a two-bet accumulator.
A win double means you predict the winners of two events, and both must win to get a return.
The money that you win on the first event will be carried forward onto the second.
For example, you put a 5 pound win double for 'Nag's Head' (2/1) in the 1.
40 at Doncaster and 'Cheeky Monkey' (12/1) in the 2.
35 at Sandown.
  • Winning the first race will give you a payout of 15 pounds (2 x 5 pounds plus original 5 pounds stake).
This 15 pounds will then be put onto 'Cheeky Monkey' at 12/1 in the second race.
  • Winning the second race will give you a payout of (15 pounds x 12) + 15 pounds stake = 195 pounds (a profit of 190 pounds from the original 5 pounds stake).
An each-way double will work in the same way, although it is effectively two separate bets - both need to win for the win part to be successful, both need to be placed for the place section to succeed.
Treble This works in exactly the same way as a double except that three selections are chosen.
Four Fold Accumulator Four selections are chosen.
Trixie Effectively four bets based around three selections: one win treble and three win doubles - meaning you have to pick out three selections.
At least two of them must win to secure a return.
The bet can also be made each-way.
For example:
  • 1.
    40 Doncaster - Nag's Head
  • 2.
    35 Sandown - Cheeky Monkey
  • 3.
    05 Goodwood - Runaway Success

  • Nag's Head/Cheeky Monkey/Runaway Success
  • Nag's Head/Cheeky Monkey
  • Nag's Head/Runaway Success
  • Cheeky Monkey/Runaway Success
Patent This is similar to the Trixie, with three selections involved in a treble and three doubles.
