How to Print Vista Spreadsheets
- 1). Install the spreadsheet software on your computer if you have not already. Microsoft Excel, included with Microsoft Office, is the most popular spreadsheet application. Microsoft Works 9.0 is a less expensive alternative to Microsoft Office and includes spreadsheet support. OpenOffice is a free suite of office applications, including spreadsheet support.
- 2). Double-click the spreadsheet file, after the application(s) installation. The spreadsheet will automatically open within the application.
- 3). Select "File" and "Print..." to bring up the "Print" options dialog window.
- 4). Select your computer's printer from the drop-down menu. Select the range of pages/cells you'd like to print. Select how many copies you'd like to print. You can also optionally set "potrait" or "landscape" for the page orientation.
- 5). Connect your printer to your computer via supplied cable. Power the printer on.
- 6). Select "OK" within the "Print" options dialog window to print the spreadsheet file from within Windows Vista.
