The most exciting HeroScape news at Gen Con 2006, for me, was the introduction of Flag Bearers. These five figures will be available in late October or early November, exclusively at Toys R Us. Each HeroScape figure follows one of five leaders, and the flag bearers will introduce faction-specific powers to the game for the first time.
The flag bearers will be packaged individually and sold for about $9.95.
In addition to the character figure, each box includes an army card, a 20-sided die marblized in the faction's colors, 14 special Valkrie dice, and a cloth pouch to hold the dice.
