Do you want to kick the nasty habit of smoking? Well you definitely should because smoking is definitely one of the fiercest killers out there.
Governments world wide are starting to realize that the cost of smoking for the public health system are humongous and they are trying to impose stricter and stricter smoking bans.
You could even say that it's open season for smokers nowadays.
And with cigarettes prices going up quitting smoking might not be a bad idea after all.
In fact it's a great idea if you care about your health and the health of those around you.
Well, the motivation is certainly out there.
All you have to do is Google for stuff like lung cancer or throat cancer and you'll find tons of information on how smoking can kill you.
The evidence is overwhelming and the fact that you actually pay for something to kill you should be reason enough to stop.
After all why make the tobacco companies richer than they already are.
If somebody would walk up to you on the street and say "hey, I can offer you a slow and painful death - all you have to do is pay me " you'd probably start laughing or just feel the urge to slap them.
But that's the reality of the tobacco company - smoker relation.
They're killing you - and you're paying them to do it.
Kicking this nasty habit is hard but surely not impossible.
If you've decided to quit here's a list of things you can do to make it easier: First of all clean you house and turn it in to the home of a non smoker.
Throw away and hide everything that might remind you of this nasty habit - ashtrays, lighters, etc.
Surround yourself with nonsmokers and, for a while, try to avoid people that smoke.
Your first day as a non smoker should be very relaxed.

Constantly remind yourself that there is no benefit in smoking.
