- 1). Click the Vista "Start" button and select "Control Panel." Click the "Set up Parental Controls" link in the section labeled "User Accounts." This link opens the main window for parental control settings.
- 2). Click the account for which you want to block Internet access. Click the "On" option to initialize the parental control blocks.
- 3). Click "Windows Vista Web Filter." This opens the Web block section for parental controls. In this window, click the option labeled "Block some websites or content."
- 4). Check all website content listed in the options. After you check off all Web content, click the "OK" button. Click "Save" in the main window to complete the Web blocks.
