How to Keep a PaperPort One Touch Monitor from Starting
- 1). Open the Start menu and click "Run." Type "MSCONFIG" in the text box and click "Run" to open the System Configuration window. Windows Vista and 7 users can type "MSCONFIG" directly into the search box on the Start Menu.
- 2). Click on the tab labeled "Startup" in the System Configuration window.
- 3). Scroll down to find PaperPort One Touch Monitor and remove the check mark from the box beside it.
- 4). Click "OK" to save the changes and select the option to restart your computer. Once the computer restarts, the PaperPort One Touch Monitor will not load. To open the program, double click on the program icon in the "Programs" section of your start menu.
