Hi, I'm New York City based makeup artist, Sue Perez, and I'm going to show you how you can get easy fabulous eyeliner looks. The best way that you can prevent flaky eyeliner is to make sure that your eyelids are completely dry. A lot of times before you do your makeup you have eye cream on your eyes or a concealer that has an oil base. What you need to do is make sure that your eyelids are completely dry of any moisture, use a matte eye shadow, use an eye shadow base which is a great way to seal in your eyeliner and once you apply your eyeliner, trace it with your favorite eye shadow. Use a buff brush, trace your eye shadow into your liner and that's the best way that you can avoid flaky eyeliner. Thanks so much for joining me today. I'd love to answer all your questions.
