- 1). Find a local dealer of Z-CoiL shoes. Call 1-877-903-4186 and tell them your city, state and zip code.
- 2). Visit the store in person, provided you found a store within driving distance, bringing along your imperfect Z-coiL shoes. A dealer will assess the damage and determine what type of coil needs replaced -- open or enclosed.
- 3). Purchase either set of coils necessary to fix your shoes. At this point, the licensed Z-coiL distributor will either fix the shoes or send them to the manufacturer.
- 4). Arrange for the shoes to be sent to your home or to the shop, if they have to be sent away for repair. If the shop nearest you can do the repairs, leave your phone number so you can be contacted when the Z-coiL shoes are ready to wear again.
