- 1). Sweep the pebble rock patio with a broom, thoroughly removing all loose leaves, dirt and debris. Spray the pebble rocks with water to blast off loose grime.
- 2). Mix together a mild solution for cleaning the pebble rocks. In a bucket combine 2 drops of dish soap or neutral household detergent with 1 gallon of warm water.
- 3). Scrub the mild solution onto the pebble rock patio, using a long-handled, nylon-bristle brush. Scrub 3-by-3-foot sections of pebble rocks to remove any stuck-on debris.
- 4). Rinse the soapy pebble rocks thoroughly with water.
- 5). Continue scrubbing the remaining sections of pebble rocks with the detergent solution until the entire patio is clean. Concentrate on one 3-by-3-foot section of pebble rocks at a time. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning each section.
- 6). Let the pebble rock patio surface air dry completely.
