Hi, I'm Jennifer, I'm a personal trainer and a belly dancer. And I love to help women become strong, healthy and fit but feminine. Today's topic is slimming exercises for the buttocks. And today I'm going to show you a really great effective exercise for targeting your butt muscles as well as a lot of the muscles in your legs. It's also going to give you some cardiovascular intensity as well and really bring your heart rate up. It's called a skater plyo. And what you are going to do is hop from side to side balancing on one leg as you reach down with your opposite arm. And you really want to place your weight back into the heel, back into the butt as opposed to forward into the knee or the toes. So you are going to hop slightly from side to side. And try to balance if you can. If you can't, if you need to touch that bottom leg down that's fine. But you really want to activate those butt muscles as you hop from side to side.
