Some people face choice as a curse, while others flourish and seem to make the best decisions.
Learn a powerful secret to improve your decision making skills and to learn to train your gut instinct to be more successful.
In this article I want to share a shockingly simple way to make excellent decisions.
You can use this for any decision you are not sure about and this will help you to be more certain you are making the right choice.
Between the heart and the head I have found that most often the heart will win.
This is also true for the battle between will and imagination.
Imagination beats will every time.
This method is a way to enlist the help of the subconscious mind and best of all you can access this trance state for free without needing to schedule appointments with a hypnotist.
One of the reasons I often give away powerful secrets is so that people can help themselves with the easy things and then when people do come to me for professional sessions then we can work on the really difficult issues that really do require that kind of prime hypnosis focus.
So this is a great way to trust your instincts about how you really feel and what you really want.
Even if logically the other decision sounds better this method will help you to notice what you really want and not just what other people want you to do or what you are supposed to want for yourself.
I find this technique very helpful and liberating.
People who have learned to do this from me sometimes remark that they do not know what they did before learning this because it has made such a tremendously good impact on their lives.

Write down each choice on a separate index card or piece of paper and hold it against your solar plexus ( between your belly button and your rib cage ) 2.
Stand with your feet and legs close together and breath slowly and deeply and clear your mind as best you can.

Now with one of the cards held against your solar plexus you tilt your head back gently and notice how your body is balancing.

If your body seems to sway more backwards then you will correct your balance ( even if you need to put one of your legs behind you like a Tango dancer ) This backward motion indicates that you are not thrilled with this decision and your body is actually moving you away from it.
This motion may be very subtle or profound so be ready to balance yourself and do this in a safe place.

If your body seems to sway more forward then you will actually feel yourself taking a step forward as if you were going toward this decision.
6.
Every so often you may want to test this with something that you know you really want to do and notice how your body responds.
This way you can make sure that you are calibrating correctly.
"I want to meet with my friend for diner.
" If you KNOW you like your friend and you KNOW you are hungry and the restaurant serves food you enjoy then this will seem very simple and straight forward.
Good company and good food means your body will probably sway forward and you cannot wait to get ready for diner.
Things get a bit more complex if you and your friend are having a bit of an argument or if you dislike the restaurant yet enjoy their company.
So you can break these decisions down.
Yes, you want to meet with your friend.
No, you do not like the food at this restaurant.
This can help you to enjoy the company of your friend while picking a different place to eat that you both enjoy.
This is shockingly simple yet very valuable and something I share with most of my clients so that they can feel better about their decisions.
Since we ALL need to make decisions this skill can really pay off tremendously and simplify our lives.
