Premature Ejaculation Exercise - Last 15 Minutes Longer by Tonight
You try to hold back as long as you can, but after the first few seconds, you just can't take it anymore and you orgasm.
Your partner is left unsatisfied and you're left humiliated.
What do you do? Well, you need to use a premature ejaculation exercise! Something you can do to last longer in bed with your partner.
There are a few out there that require lots of effort and patience, but there's also a secret method that I found out, but I'll tell you about that a little later.
1 - Kegel Exercises: These are the exercises you may have heard of.
They take a few weeks to show results and need to be done daily for about 20 minutes.
It involves flexing and relaxing your PC muscle (the muscle used to stop yourself from peeing) over and over to build up its strength.
2 - Stop-and-Go Exercise: This works on two levels.
One: it stops yourself from premature ejaculation manually.
Two: you're rewiring your brain's muscle memory to learn how to last longer.
It seems quite effective, but it does take a fair bit of time.
When you feel yourself close to climax, withdraw your penis from your partner and squeeze the head until you no longer feel the urge to want to orgasm.
It doesn't sound fun, delaying your orgasm, but it works.
