Controlling your breaths helps to remind your brain that you are in fact breathing.
Try taking in deep, long breaths.
3 - Talk to yourself - in your head of course.
Tell yourself 'I am okay, I will get through this'.
Try to keep thoughts like 'I can't breathe' out of your head as this will only trigger a larger panic response from your body.
There are many tricks and tips for finding relief.
I know this is a scary road, I know that it feels like no one understands just how hard these attacks are on you.
