Give the Effort and get the Results! Eat Right and Eat Often You can do all the exercise you want but if you are not eating the right foods then you might as well forget about a nice hard Six Pack.
Eating right: The first thing I want you to do is change one thing a week about your diet that is unhealthy.
If you visit fast food restaurants multiple times a week then cut that down or cut it out completely.
If you are a big sweet tooth cut that out and get rid of the mass amounts of sugar you are taking in.
Stay away from Saturated Fats, Trans Fats, and High amounts of Sugar.
These give you the unappealing belly fat.
These are just a few things you can change.
Eating Often: Forget about Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Get yourself eating at least 5 small meals a day with breakfast being your largest meal.
You want to start out with a good breakfast because it will give your metabolism that boost it needs for the day.
When you eat larger meals far apart from each other during the day your body gets used to it and starts storing the fat.
