How to Make a Sign List for Flavors

1). Use the measuring tape to measure the length and width of the space in which you will display your sign. Record the measurements on your notepad. Use the measurements to select and purchase a chalk display board of appropriate size.
2). Write out your list of flavors on paper before placing the information on your board. Include descriptions of the flavors and the prices. Examine your list to make sure you have included all the flavor information.
3). Copy your list onto your chalkboard. Write in neat script and leave appropriate spacing between words and lines so that customers can easily read the items. After you have added all of the flavors, check the board and correct any mistakes.

Examine the clarity and neatness of your writing. Remove words or unnecessary information if your board is cluttered or too long.
4). Display your completed flavor sign near the food or drink items, where guests can easily see it. Touch up the board as needed and remove or add items to reflect changes in your menu.
