Build Chest Muscles With These 5 Simple Steps

There are many ways in which you can build chest muscles, and I am going to take you through some simple steps so you can be well on your way to building larger chest muscles.
I am going to focus on using free weights, which is one of the best ways to build a bigger chest.
1.
Always start with a warm up- You need to make sure that your muscles aren't stiff before lifting weights.
Never forget this step.
2.
Barbell bench press- This is one of the most effective exercises to build chest muscles.
Start off by lying flat on the bench, holding the bar wider than your shoulder width.
Make sure the bar is positioned right above your upper chest.
Exhale while pushing the car up.
Repeat this for 4 sets of 10.
3.
Incline dumbbell press- This exercise uses an incline bench and dumbbells.
Using dumbbells as opposed to a barbell will allow for a greater range of motion.
Lift the dumbbells over your head and then back down again.
Repeat 4 sets of 10.
4.
Pushups- This one is overlooked! Make sure your hands are placed further apart than your shoulders.
5.
Butterfly machine- This exercise can also be performed with dumbbells if you don't have access to a butterfly machine at your gym.
By pushing the handles together, you will build chest muscles effectively.
Do 4 sets of 10 for maximum results.
Follow the above steps and you will be well on your way to building chest muscles in the fastest, most effective way possible.
