How to Increase Mic Volume
- 1). Click on "Start" and then select "Control Panel." Next click on "Sounds and Audio Devices."
- 2). Click on the "Audio" tab in the "Sounds and Audio Devices" window.
- 3). Click on "Volume" in the "Sound Recording" section. A "Recording Control" window will pop up.
- 4). Drag the slider up in the "Mic Volume" section of the "Recording Control" window.
- 5). Click the "Advanced" button at the bottom of the "Mic Volume" section. Check the box marked "Microphone Boost" to increase the volume further.
- 6). Speak into your microphone and make a sample recording to make sure that the volume is at your desired level.

- 2). Click on the "Sound" icon.
- 3). Click on the tab labeled "Input"
- 4). Drag the input volume slider to the right to increase volume.
