    Whiskey Sour

    • 1). Combine 2.5 oz bourbon, 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth and two dashes of bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice.

    • 2). Cap the cocktail shaker, then shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.

    • 3). Strain and pour the shaker contents into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry or a twist of orange peel.

    Bourbon Sidecar

    • 1). Fill a cocktail shaker to the brim with crushed ice. Chill a martini glass and the cocktail shaker by placing both in your freezer. Remove when both are frosty. With a small slice of lemon, wet the rim of the martini glass, then dip in granulated sugar to evenly coat the rim. Set aside.

    • 2). Pour a shot of fresh lemon juice, a shot of bourbon and a shot of triple sec in the cocktail shaker with the ice. Cap the shaker and agitate vigorously until well mixed.

    • 3). Pour directly into the martini glass and enjoy.
