Step One

• 1). Press your computer's "CTRL" + "Alt" + "Delete" keys simultaneously.
  
  
• 2). Click on "Task Manager."
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Processes" tab.
  
  
• 4). Scroll down the list of processes and find the following processes:
  
  "killer.exe"
  "b.lsass.exe"
  "c.smss.exe"
  
  
• 5). End each process found in Step 4. This can be done by right-clicking on each process and selecting "End Process."
  
  

Step Two

• 1). Click on "Start," and then click "Run."
  
  
• 2). Type "cmd" (without quotation marks) into the command prompt and hit "Enter."
  
  
• 3). Type "cd\" (without quotation marks) and hit "Enter."
  
  
• 4). Type "attrib -h -s smss.exe" (without quotation marks) and hit "Enter." Then, type "attrib -h -s autorun.inf" (without quotation marks) and hit "Enter."
  
  
• 5). Type "start c:" (without quotation marks). When the new window opens, select and delete the following files:
  
  "smss.exe"
  "autorun.inf"
  "Funny UST Scandal.avi.exe"
