How do I Winterize a Landa Commercial Pressure Washer?
- 1). Shut down the pressure washer and disconnect the water supply. Pull the trigger on the wand until the pressure in the system is relieved. Leave the wand and pressure hose connected to the machine.
- 2). Pour the recommended amount of fuel winterizer into the fuel tank. Mix up the anti-freeze according to manufacturer's instructions and pour it into a bucket.
- 3). Connect a short garden hose to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Immerse the other end of the hose into the bucket containing the anti-freeze mixture.
- 4). Start the pressure washer and pull the trigger on the wand. This will allow the anti-freeze mixture to be sucked into the pump. Continue holding down the trigger until the anti-freeze mixture starts to discharge through the nozzle on the wand.
- 5). Shut off the pressure washer and relieve the pressure. Remove the garden hose. Store the pressure washer, pressure hose, and wand in a protected environment for the winter.
