How to Clean Old Nintendo NES Emulators Games
- 1). Blow on the NES games to remove any loose dust. Years in storage, or even a week on a shelf, can leave a build up of dust.
- 2). Wipe the NES game with a clean, dry cloth. This removes grime left after step 1.
- 3). Dip a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and use it to clean the metal connectors. Rubbing alcohol is a good cleaning agent because it removes dirt without damaging the game. Clean the rest of the NES game with rubbing alcohol until all of the built up dirt is removed.
- 4). Allow the game to dry. It takes about 15 minutes to dry completely.
