- Congers Mobile Home Park is at 2424 Division St. It is a few blocks east of Roosevelt Avenue (U.S. Highway 61) and near Burlington High School. Congers, an all-ages community, was built in 1959.
- Green Acres Mobile Home Park is north of the city center, at 11912 Highway 99. It has 135 sites and was built in 1967. Three-quarters of homes in Green Acres have lap siding and three-quarters have peaked roofs. It is an all-ages community.
- Spring Grove Mobile Home Park, at 5032 U.S. Highway 61, is an all-ages community. This park is close to Southeastern College at Burlington, the Great River Medical Center, the Burlington Regional Recreational Complex and the Southeast Iowa Regional Airport.
- Burlington has a downtown library at 210 Court St. The city is served by the Burlington Community School District, with five public elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. Families in Burlington can enjoy the city's parks and recreation opportunities. Burlington has a historic 85-acre park, Crapo Park, established in 1895. It includes a 1.5-acre lake which is used for ice skating, the Foehlinger Fountain and the Zebulon Pike Memorial. The city has over 10 additional parks and a band shell overlooking the Mississippi River. Burlington is within a four-hour drive of Des Moines, Chicago and St. Louis.
